Our units are designed to be light weight and small, we can fit a hire boiler into a very small footprint. This makes our units the ideal options for places with limited space available. Our units can be towed, hiab lifted into place, pulled along on pump trucks or skated into position. We are dynamic and innovative we have a solution for every cause.

Our boilers are designed by engineers for engineers, they are built in house by our teams of combustion engineers, pipefitters, welders, electricians and fabricators. They are designed to be simple to use and versatile, we can modify the unit to suit the system, this ensures that the equipment is reliable and most importantly will work.
A full turnkey package
As engineers we can also provide a full turnkey installation package, we can under take break-ins on the pipework, under pressure drilling onto a live gas main, fabricate fixed pipework, stool pieces, headers, install isolation valves and provide a fully bespoke service.
J & U Services Ltd holds the following accreditation's: GasSafe, Oftec, CHAS, Safecontractor & Constructionline.
Installation of temporary boiler
From breakins on pipework and installing connection points to under pressure drilling on to a live gas main, we can provide a full turn key service to get our temporary heating and hot water boilers units up and running in a matter of hours.
Pipework - Water, Air, Gas, Steam
We can provide design, fabrication and installation of all types of pipework. Gas leaks and leaks on any type of pipework, we can identify the source and repair using our teams of pipefitters and welders. We also provide a gas compliance survey for insurance purposes.
We design and manufacture packaged plant rooms specific to the customers requirements for example the picture is of a 1mw duel fuel natural gas / biogas unit designed for a anaerobic digestion plant for producing biogas. We are able to find a solution for any application.

UK HVAC is the commercial and industrial boiler sales division of J & U Services Ltd, which has over 20 years of experience within the boiler industry. We offer a range of vertical and horizontal steam boilers for sale ranging from 1000 lb/h to 80,000 lb/h either from our own boilers or from that of our associate suppliers along with all steam boiler accessories.
We also offer a large range of hot water boilers starting from 70 kW up to 6000 kW. We carryout a full turnkey package including a site survey and specification service, this means that we can offer the most efficient and economic boiler solution for your requirements. Our design, installation and maintenance packages are tailored to suit each individual requirement.
Besides the more traditional Oil and Gas fueled units, our portfolio contains options for Biomass and Biogas fired boilers. Enabling our customers to make use of renewable energy systems, reduce their carbon footprint and help towards preserving the planet for the future.
